Tauracine's Biography

After supporting popular bands like Army Of Freshman, Zebrahead and Wheatus, Tauracine are back with Devil Day Care: another fine four trackexample of how Peterborough pop rock should be done with style. Influences of bands like Jimmy Eat World and Sugarcult are rife within all that Tauracine produce, giving the band a modern stand to accompany the strong sense of musical intellect that emerges from every member. Arguably the catchiest collection of songs in the city, the band regularly release their music to the masses with ever increasing popularity and songs that stick in your head after a single listen. Devil Day Care is no exception , including set list favourites Adrenaline and a live, unplugged rendition of September Song. Once again, the CD is packed to bursting with ear pleasing , pitch perfect harmonies and instumental sections that compliment each band member more than the fans themselves. With the rise of pop influence making it's way back into mainstream rock music once again, Tauracine are proof that upbeat, energetic songs are still alive. It's always good to hear that simplistic and catchy pop songs can actually be dynamic, interesting and so easy to listen to.
